Job Purpose
- Manage a varied and diverse client portfolio, providing a full suite of accountancy support.
- Assist in the strategic planning and delivery of business services.
- Ensure client expectations and deadlines are met.
- Development and growth of new clients and opportunities.
- Oversee and support projects and initiatives across the firm.
- Department management and staff development ensuring employee performance and delivery.
- Offering commercial acumen and a creative mindset to help the firm secure and retain new business.

The successful candidate
- ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified.
- Practising certificate is desirable.
- Extensive experience within a senior management role in practice.
- Experienced in confidently networking and building relationships with contacts.
- Technically proficient in all areas of accountancy.
- Commercially minded with strong attention to detail.
- An experienced leader who leads by example and inspires others.
- Excellent communication skills.
