Location: Manchester City Centre
Duration: 10 months
Rates: £350.00 - £400.00 per day CIS
My client is looking for an experienced Site Agent with a Highways background for a national highway’s role.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with designers and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Coordinate with utility services and establish site offices and compounds.
- Take ownership of project delivery and quality standards, ensuring adherence to specifications.
- Site Agent required for National Highways framework, with the attached remit.
- Planning and programming schemes of varying value from £20k to about £3m.
- Civil engineering works (kerbs, footways, drainage) carryout Principal Contractor duties, managing sub-contractors.
Qualifications:
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid
