? The Role
As the new Year 3 Teacher, you'll be inspiring a bright and enthusiastic class through engaging and well-planned lessons aligned with the KS2 National Curriculum. Your role will include:
- �? Delivering creative and engaging lessons that inspires a lifelong love of learning.
- ?? Monitoring pupil progress and identifying learning gaps, ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
- ?? Collaborating with a supportive team, including TAs and other staff, to share ideas and best practices.
- ?? Building positive relationships with pupils, based on trust and respect.
? Requirements
To be considered, you'll need:
- QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification)
- Experience teaching in KS2 (Year 3 experience is a bonus!)
- A CV with clear employment and education history, and any gaps explained
- Excellent references
- The right to work in the UK
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
