CFC Property Management is offering a skilled Handyman/Decorator to join our maintenance team part time.
Requirements;
Read, write and speak English to a good standard
Strong communication skills
Building experience
Responsibilities:
The property maintenance job will involve repairs and general maintenance including general handyman works, such as; basic plumbing/drainage, plastering, doors + locks and basic joinery, general fabric works, Deco, cleaning etc....
Ensure that clear and accurate information together with images is uploaded upon completion of each works order, giving full details of any materials to be ordered and any issues where works are to follow
Driving licence is a must.
