With ambitious growth plans and upcoming acquisitions, we seek a motivated HR Manager to join the team in Manchester and support employees across the UK in a fast-paced and standalone role.This is an HR role with a difference more focused towards engagement and growth. The successful HR manager will support a network of branches throughout the Northwest and involve regular travel between locations.As HR Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for the Group HR function.The successful HR Manager will be involved in the following tasks:

  • Supporting with recruitment, payroll, administration and documentation
  • Manage employee metrics and performance
  • Supporting managers with disciplinary, grievances and absences
  • Connecting with the local community to champion the business
  • Coach and support managers with L&D and people management
  • Ensuring company policies and procedures are compliant and consistent across the Group
