A great opportunity for an Internal Recruiter towork within the People Team of a leading,nationalcompany. Our client are expanding and require a recruitment lead to ensure they bring the best people talent to their amazing company.
Candidates must haveproven recruitment experience, with theabilitytoassist hiring managers to define roles and intervieweffectively.
The role will bebased attheir Manchester officeswith some travelto ensure other sites have visability and face to face support for recruitment days - musthave a full drivers license.
The opportunity will be hands on to develop their recruitment needs and working towards the people plan.
- Search and headhunt candidates through the use of social media, direct placements and managing job boards
- Working with key stakeholders to ensure the roles are matched with the right candidates who meet our company values
- Develop key relationships with hiring managers to ensure the roles are fit for purpose and ensure we are top of each role
- Aligning requistion processes for sign offs, ensuring all details are completed for the People Team to action
- Ensuring the relevant systems are up to date to track candidates journeys
- Review job descriptions against job roles and needs for each role
- Review Talent across bouroughs to ensure we have a talent pool for roles
- Book interviews and arrange rooms for interviews
- Follow thee candidate journey and regular checks in to be completed
