- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or Business Partner
- Background in working within complex or matrix organisational structures
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build, sustain, and strengthen relationships across a range of stakeholders; adept at influencing and persuading
- Excellent analytical abilities, with a talent for solving logistically complex issues
- Skilled in identifying patterns and trends by comparing and contrasting situations and data to inform sound decision-making
- Ability to foster a team-oriented environment, promoting shared responsibility for goals and deliverables
- Demonstrates and embodies the businesses values
- Experience using process improvement methodologies and applying them effectively
- Previous experience working with people systems (e.g., SAP)
- Experience in a centralised or shared service centre setting (particularly relevant for roles within People Services)
- Background in delivering HR Partnering strategies
