Flk are partnering with a fantastic business in the Salford area of Manchester as they embark on a huge period of change and transformation. This has created an exciting new role for a seasoned HR Advisor to join the team working across a variety of interesting HR projects alongside day-to-day HR generalist duties covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Our client is an industry leader within their sector and continue to take market share due to growth driven by a strong executive team who truly value their employees.

We're keen to speak to HR Generalists looking to progress in their career outside of the usual HR Advisor role that focuses predominantly on ER and other operational elements of HR. Working in a close knit team environment with a supportive Head of HR, you will get involved in driving engagement, performance management, wellbeing, EDI, talent & succession and reward.

Ideally, you will be qualified to at least CIPD Level 3 and have experience of working within a Creative, Marketing, Sales or Tech environment as their culture is relaxed and non-corporate.
