About the role:

We have a new and exciting role for an Interim Change Manager to lead the delivery of business system change and process optimisation projects within Finance, Procurement, Training, and Operations.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and budget.

You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage system change projects, ensuring timely delivering, within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver change across the business
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders on technology requirements and developments.
  • Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the smooth delivery of projects
  • Support the business users through effective change management processes.
  • Regular attendance to site to engage with operations, understand requirements and roll out new processes and systems through regular road shows.
  • Take accountability for clear and consistent communication throughout the organisation regarding changes and new processes.
  • Demonstrate leadership of change by modelling the behaviours expected of new ways of working
  • Embed the benefits of change through creation of measures, monitoring people impact and evaluating change management initiatives.
  • Implement the tools, skills, and competencies to develop additional change champions
  • Manage the prioritisation of new and emerging business improvement opportunities, feeding into budgeting and objective setting for the business.
  • Provide support for leaders to manage the impacts of change in their areas including helping employees to understand the need for change, to adopt and adapt to new processes.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to senior stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations to improve project outcomes.

About you:

Most importantly, we are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual who is an excellent communicator and is driven to work independently whilst working effectively across all functions. The successful candidate will have the ability to build robust relationships with key stakeholders at all levels. You will be eager to learn and take responsibility for managing your own time and responsibilities.

  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Word
  • Experience of project managing system implementation and process change
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with project management principles and practices
  • Negotiation skills with the ability to guide people through key changes
  • Proven experience of delivering business systems implementation and change projects across multiple locations
  • Personal resilience
  • Communication skills with the ability to talk to people at all levels
  • Experience of system project implementation
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • A self-starter with a pro-active approach to managing workload.
