Our client, a leading organisation in the media industry, is seeking an IT Asset & Operations Manager to oversee the full lifecycle management of IT assets and ensure the smooth operation of key IT controls within a designated business unit.
Key Responsibilities:-
Audit, manage and track IT assets, including hardware/software setup.

Act as the escalation point for IT issues beyond standard processes.

Ensure compliance with IT policies and manage exception approvals.

Communicate IT strategy and policies effectively within the business unit.

Work with senior stakeholders to forecast IT technology needs.

Approve IT-related spending within the unit.

Manage self-service IT solutions, including laptop loan lockers and vending units.

Strong experience in IT asset management and operations.

Proven ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.

Knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and budgeting.

Hands-on experience with self-service IT solutions is a plus.
