What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:* Setting up and maintaining hardware (laptops, desktops).* Supporting a thriving internal user base of 100+ employees.* Managing new starter setups and processing leavers efficiently.* Troubleshooting and supporting printers.* Configuring and installing networks (switches, VPNs).* Ensuring the seamless operation of IT functions across the business.

Technical Skills You'll Need
* Active Directory and Group Policies.* Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019).* Configuring and installing networks (switches, VPNs).* Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP protocols.* Knowledge of anti virus and security software.* Proficiency in Office 365 Suite, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
