- Process a high volume of cases from initiation to resolution
- Liaise with clients, third parties and other stakeholders to gather necessary information
- Review case files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Provide regular updates to clients
- Escalate complex cases.
- Recent experience in case management, claims handling or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to multi-task
- Good written and spoken English
- £30,000 - £40,000, dependent on experience
