Leading Motor Insurance company seeks to hire a skilled Fraud Investigator due to team growth.
The salary for this position ranges from £30,000 to £36,000, depending on skills and experience, along with an annual bonus.
The role offers hybrid working, allowing employees to work four days from home and one day in the office.
Candidates should ideally have experience managing a caseload of fraudulent claims, but those with strong Personal Injury or Credit Hire experience will also be considered.
The position involves investigating suspected fraudulent claims, conducting interviews, and collaborating with external suppliers.

Experience managing a caseload of fraudulent claims is preferred however we are happy to consider those with solid Personal Injury and/or Credit Hire file handling experience.

As a Fraud Investigator, your role will involve investigating a caseload of suspected fraudulent claims, ranging from Low Velocity Impacts to Staged and Contrived collisions;

- Carry out thorough investigations and gather evidence on suspected fraudulent claims for personal injury, vehicle damage and credit hire.

- Conduct telephone interviews with customers as well as engaging external suppliers including accident investigators, motor engineers and panel solicitors.
