Heat Insurance Manchester have partnered with a leading innovative insurance company to recruit for a Claims Specialist Advisor.
The role will allow you to handle end to end motor claims across various heads of damage, including recoveries, third party or PI.
You will take the initial call from the client and case manage until completion.
Main Duties:
- Record, manage and settle claims following team guidelines
- Processing payments on claims files
- Agree liability
- Ensure compliance is followed at all times and adhere to high standards of practice
- Deliver strong customer service
