My client is looking to add to their ever-growing team and are looking for an ExperiencedOcean Freight Import Operator
Job Role
As an Air Freight import operator, you will be working as part of a team, providing excellent customer service, clearances, quotes.
Duties & Responsibilities
- To manage and oversee ocean shipments
- Prepare & submit an import customs entry
- Liaise with the UK importers through the delivery process
- collate relevant paperwork and documents to process the imports to the UK
- Knowledge of air import / export
- Experience of Cargowise/Sequoia/CDS
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Salary DOE
- 25 days holiday excluding bank holidays
