About Us:
As a business with big ambition, we are looking to build on our success to date and further expand, onboarding new advisers to grow our client bank and funds under management. As such we are looking for a motivated and highly organised financial administrator to join our friendly team within the Manchester Head Office.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our paraplanners and financial advisers, ensuring our clients investment portfolios are efficiently managed and that we provide a consistently high level of service. You will have interaction with a wide range of stakeholders, including management, clients, product providers and investment managers. As such strong and clear communication skills are essential.

Package Details:
The successful candidate will receive a Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum
Other benefits include:
- 33 days holiday (25 days, to which 8 days public and bank holidays have been added)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Providing administrative support to paraplanners and financial advisers.
- Sending onboarding documents to new clients.
- Generating LOA’s for clients and submitting information requests to providers.
- Sending risk profile questionnaires to clients and scoring based on client input.
- Collating and filing client information and documents.
- Creating and updating client records in back-office system.
- Ensuring fact find information is kept up to date with any changes.
- Completing, submitting and tracking applications with providers.
- Communicating with clients in a professional manner to provide regular progress updates and resolve queries.
- Chasing up cases with providers to ensure advice is actioned correctly and in a timely manner.
- Updating and progressing client cases on our internal workflow to reflect current status.
- Completing file checklists.
- Updating advice register.
- Raising and tracking client invoices.

They need to be able to cope with a fast paced and deadline driven environment and be able to manage multiple cases and tasks. Given our clients are typically high net worth, you will be dealing with significant investment portfolios, and therefore we require an extremely conscientious and organised individual, with a strong attention to detail.
Relevant Skills/Experience:
- Have a minimum of three years relevant experience.
- Have a Level 3 Certificate in Financial Services or higher qualification.
- Have a strong understanding of the financial planning process.
- Have the ability to work within defined business processes.
- Act with honesty and integrity.
- Have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases/tasks at any one time.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, both written andverbal.
- Have a high level of accuracy and strong attention todetail.
- Haveaworkingknowledgeofofficesoftwareincluding:Outlook,Word,Excelandbackofficesystems.
- Be willing to undertake other such duties and responsibilities as determined by thecompany.
- Be willing to work additional hours if required, subject to prioragreement.
- Be able to work within a team and also demonstrate the ability to workindependently.
Experience required: Minimum of 3 years financial administration experience.
Desired qualifications: Have a Level 3 Certificate in Financial Services or higher qualification.
