This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse and engaging caseload, handling privately funded immigration matters and providing expert legal support to a wide range of clients.The Role:
  • Managing a varied caseload of private immigration matters, ensuring expert representation and high-quality client service.
  • Drafting detailed legal representations and preparing complex UK immigration applications, appeals, and litigation cases.
  • Advising on all aspects of personal and business immigration, including right-to-work issues, sponsor license applications, and compliance matters.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, handling day-to-day communications with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while ensuring meticulous attention to detail and excellent case preparation.
  • Contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the firm’s immigration practice.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 4+ years' PQE with substantial experience in immigration law, ideally within a reputable regional or national firm.
  • A genuine passion for immigration law and commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
  • Strong drafting and advocacy skills, with the ability to provide strategic legal advice.
  • Confidence in handling complex cases, including those involving vulnerable clients, with sensitivity and care.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a supportive team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are consistently met.
  • Familiarity with Proclaim (desirable but not essential).
