- Advising on all aspects of personal and business immigration, including right-to-work issues, sponsor license applications, and compliance matters.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, handling day-to-day communications with professionalism and efficiency.
- Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while ensuring meticulous attention to detail and excellent case preparation.
- Contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the firm’s immigration practice.
- 4+ years' PQE with substantial experience in immigration law, ideally within a reputable regional or national firm.
- A genuine passion for immigration law and commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
- Strong drafting and advocacy skills, with the ability to provide strategic legal advice.
- Confidence in handling complex cases, including those involving vulnerable clients, with sensitivity and care.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a supportive team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are consistently met.
- Familiarity with Proclaim (desirable but not essential).
