Requirements

  • Legal Assistants:

o Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a legal administrative role.

o Strong administrative, organisational, and telephone skills.

o Experience with Proclaim.

  • Paralegals:

o Law degree with relevant experience in a criminal law department.

o Previous exposure to criminal procedures, especially motoring offences.

o Knowledge/experience of case management and client handling.

Responsibilities

  • Legal Assistants:

o Managing files, organising documents, and scheduling meetings.

o Handling client communication and supporting solicitors with various administrative tasks.

o Liaising with legal professionals and maintaining case records in Proclaim.

  • Paralegals:

o Supporting solicitors in case preparation, document drafting, and client communication.

o Assisting with legal research.

o Contributing to case strategy and ensuring that all documentation meets legal standards.
