Job Title: Legal Assistant – Commercial Property, Residential Conveyancing & Property Finance Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 DOE The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support a Partner and the wider team in matters spanning Commercial Property, Residential Conveyancing, and Property Finance. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop and thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsibilities: • Provide administrative, secretarial, and paralegal support. • Manage and progress files effectively. • Assist with property forms, searches, and compliance requirements, including Land Registry, Companies House, and AML processes. • Utilise software tools such as LEAP and InfoTrack (experience preferred). • Deliver exceptional client service through professional communication with clients and team members. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal procedures and documentation. Key Requirements: • 2–3+ years of experience in a similar role. • Proficiency in IT and typing skills. • Strong understanding of property-related forms and searches. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
