The ideal candidate will manage inventory, ensure efficient order fulfilment and maintain high standards of safety and organisation.  Key responsibilities
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective work flow.
  • Manage inventory levels, including stock control and replenishment.
  • Co-ordinate order fulfilment processes, ensuring timely shipping and delivery.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including logistics and customer service, to streamline operations.
  • Analyse performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments and returns.
  • Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities. 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field (preferred but not essential)
  • Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management systems and software.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
