Administration Assistant - Full Time

Overview

One of our growing clients are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join the team. The ideal candidate must have:

  • Excellent skills in Excel and Word
  • Experience with Sage 50, particularly in managing suppliers
  • Strong IT skills

Salary and Benefits

  • £28,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience
  • Holiday allowance of 28 days, including bank holidays (with an additional 2 days after 2 years of service, up to a maximum of 5 extra days)
  • Work from home on Fridays
  • Great office location in the vibrant Salford Quays
  • Working hours: 8am - 4pm (37.5 hours per week with a half-hour lunch break)
  • Yearly bonus scheme paid out in December

Roles and Responsibilities

  • General office administration
  • General Bookkeeping duties
  • IT support, including assistance with laptops and phones
  • Matching purchase invoices to purchase orders (in collaboration with the Manager and Admin)
  • Assisting the Managing Director as and when required
