Are you the right person for the job?
- Minimum 5 year's experience in Design /Project Management in Construction
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Detailed knowledge of all aspects of Architecture, structural design, building regulations, planning regulations, codes, and industry standards
- Strong knowledge in design software
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or engineering
What will your role look like?
You will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing projects from concept to completion. You'll work closely with clients, architects, structural designers, and both office and site teams to ensure all project requirements are met efficiently. Your goal will be to ensure smooth project delivery, timely planning approvals, and quick resolution of design-related issues.
