Are you a Plant Manager with a background in Plastics, Manufacturing, or Recycling?
Are you looking for an autonomous role overseeing the flagship facility of a 500m+ turnover business, whilst managing a seasoned senior leadership team & driving continuous improvement?
This is a rare opportunity to join a genuine market leader who can offer you clear & defined routes of progression as they continue to expand & grow across the UK.
An ideal applicant will be a Plant / Operations Manager with excellent leadership abilities and broad operational experience. You will be an ambitious individual with confidence in your ability to make important decisions and have an eye for continuous improvement.
The company are part of a much larger group who are going through extensive growth & investing heavily in their sites. They turnover 500m+ per annum, operate in one of the fastest growing & secure sectors in the UK, and can offer genuine opportunities for further progression.
In this role you will have 8 direct reports and circa 60 indirect. You will be responsible for the leadership of an experienced management team and work closely with senior stakeholders on operations strategy & site investments. The company can offer full industry specific training.

Person:
*Plant / Operations Manager (or similar experience)
*Manufacturing, Plastics, Polymer, Chemical, Steel, Pharma, Glass, or similar
*Proven leadership abilities of a large team
*Background in P&L, Production, QHSE, Engineering etc.
*Looking for a highly autonomous role with an established and growing company
