Excellent opportunity for an Operations Manager looking for an autonomous position overseeing the flagship facility of a 500m+ turnover business.

This is an all-encompassing role responsible for current operations whilst contributing to further growth & success of the site.

An ideal applicant will have a background in the plastics and / or manufacturing sector, strong site operations experience, & excellent leadership abilities. You will be an ambitious individual with confidence in your ability to make important decisions and have an eye for continuous improvements.

The company are part of a much larger group who are going through extensive growth & investing heavily in their sites. They turnover 500m+ per annum, operate in one of the fastest growing sectors in the UK, and can offer genuine opportunities for further progression.

In the role you will be leading a team of 40+, have full P&L responsibilities, and be tasked with driving improvements across all aspects of operations. The company can offer industry specific development and will give you full support in your decision making.

Position:

*Site Operations Manager
*70,000 - 75,000 + 5k Car Allowance + Benefits
*Responsible for driving continuous improvements across all elements of site operations
*Various direct reports across Production, Quality, Engineering etc.
*Genuine influence & involvement in the future development of the site
*Full autonomy & great progression opportunities

Person:

*Site / Operations Manager (or similar experience)
*Manufacturing, Plastics, Polymer, Chemical, Steel, Pharma, Glass, or similar
*Proven leadership abilities of a large team
*Background in P&L, Production, QHSE, Engineering etc.
*Looking for a highly autonomous role with an established and growing company
