Job Title: HVAC Engineer
Pay: 22 an hour
Contract
Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00
Location - Salford
Main Duties include:
- A Sound mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems is essential.
- Experience of working on Commercial Hot and Cold-water Systems is essential.
- Approved and formal apprenticeship served in Plumbing/Mechanical skill area required or
- relevant and practical experience within a similar industry
- Sound awareness of risk assessment & working safely with equipment
- Complete all statutory and non-statutory maintenance in accordance with set maintenance
- schedules and contract SLA's
- Complete reactive works in line with contract SLA's
- Sound knowledge of Health & Safety including ISO 9001 & 14,001
- Ability to measure, work to plans ( method statements), read technical diagrams and
- communicate, present and report technical information as appropriate to trade/ skill
