Position: Primary Teacher
Location: Salford, Greater Manchester
Contract: Full-time, Permanent/Temporary positions available
Are you an enthusiastic and passionate Primary Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity to work in a vibrant and diverse community? We are seeking dedicated and motivated Primary Teachers to join schools across Salford, providing exceptional learning experiences for children aged 4-11 years.
About the Role:
As a Primary Teacher in Salford, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools, from small community-driven settings to larger, more established institutions. You will play a key role in delivering engaging lessons, fostering a love for learning, and supporting the academic and personal development of your students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons that engage and inspire students
- Plan and assess lessons to ensure individual learning needs are met
- Support students’ emotional and social development
- Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote best practices across the school
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to support student progress
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - ECTS accepted too.
- Passion for teaching and helping children achieve their full potential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A strong commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
- Experience working with primary-aged children is desirable, but not essential
What Cover People UK offers:
- Excellent pay rates; £140-£200 depending on experience.
- On-going support from both the school and your Consultant.
