As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic HR support to the organisation. With your expertise, you will contribute to the overall success of the company by promoting effective employee relations, managing complex HR matters, and driving change initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for HR matters, providing guidance and advice to managers and employees on a range of HR issues.
  • Manage employee relations by handling grievances, disciplinary procedures, and absence management, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment law.
  • Support the management team in driving organisational change initiatives, including TUPE transfers and restructuring processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the organisation's goals and objectives.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers in areas such as performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure effective onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and HR best practises, applying this knowledge to provide accurate and relevant advice.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or in a similar HR role.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of employment law and HR best practises.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex employee relations cases, including TUPE transfers and restructures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities effectively.

Our client offers a competitive salary package within the range of £35,000 - £40,500 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. They also provide a positive work environment that promotes growth and development, supported by a dedicated HR team.
