Overview:
Equitas is currently recruiting for a dedicated and proactive Cover Supervisor / Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Salford. This is a full-time, long-term maternity cover position, offering the opportunity to work closely with a small group of students, delivering engaging lessons up to KS4 GCSE level. The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confidently deliver pre-planned lessons in Maths, English, and Science up to KS4 GCSE level.
  • Engage students across various subjects, following the school’s set lesson plans.

  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning atmosphere by building strong relationships with students.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and school leadership to ensure learning continuity in the absence of the regular teacher.

Qualifications:
