Role Overview:As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining a productive and engaging classroom environment in the absence of the regular teacher. You’ll be responsible for delivering pre-set lesson materials, managing classroom behavior, and providing support to students across various subjects and year groups.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising students in the classroom and ensuring that learning continues in the absence of the teacher.
Delivering pre-prepared lessons and activities across a range of subjects.
Managing student behavior in line with school policies to create a safe and positive environment.
Offering additional support to students as needed and responding to any queries.
Reporting back to teachers on students' progress and any concerns.

Ideal Candidate:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptable and able to think on your feet in a classroom setting.
Confident managing groups of students and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Experience working with young people is desirable, but not essential.
A passion for education and helping students reach their potential.
Hold a minimum of a Degree from a UK University
