- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for external clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with external clients and ensure correct processing of payroll deductions (taxes, NI, pensions, etc.).
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer client inquiries efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements and external regulatory reporting obligations.
- Present accurate, meaningful reports to management and clients on payroll activities.
- Assist clients in optimising their employee benefits packages to attract and retain talent.
- Experience managing payroll for multiple clients.
- Solid software & systems knowledge.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in payroll processing.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis to generate and interpret reports.
