Payroll Administrator

Hybrid – 1-2 days from home per week
Our Manchester based client is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team in on permanent basis. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, handle queries via tickets and telephone to ensures a timely and accurate resolution. Provide additional support to the department where required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing – (weekly payroll processes)
- Resolve payroll discrepancies/queries investigating where required.
- Process Advance Payments and adjustments.
- Compliance of GDPR legislation.
- Work to achieve team and individual KPI's
- Cross training with all other payroll teams across the department to fulfil internal/external implementation requirements to support change.

- Payroll experience
- Knowledge on PAYE, Tax and National Insurance.
