Value Education are working with an outstanding primary school in the Salford area that are looking for a Qualified Class Teacher to deliver lessons to a Year 3 class, starting immediately.

This will be a long term position, with the right candidate having the opportunity to go permanent.

 

A successful Class Teacher will:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to Key Stage 2 students in a Year 3 class
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development
  • Participate in school meetings, training sessions and events

 

Requirements for a Class Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
  • Proficiency in classroom management techniques
