Tradewind is looking for a passionate Primary Teacher to gain valuable experience in both KS1 and KS2. This opportunity is ideal for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are still exploring their specialism. You will deliver a range of lessons without the need for planning, offering an excellent chance to learn and grow. These roles start January 2025 and may run until the end of the academic year, with the potential for extension.

Role Details:

  • Competitive daily rate: £120 - £130 (depending on experience, may be higher)

Supply Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons in line with the EYFS - KS2 National Curriculum and the school's creative approach
  • Scaffold age-appropriate learning to ensure every child's success
  • Keep up-to-date data records and identify learning gaps to maintain high levels of attainment
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with pupils
  • Collaborate effectively with Teaching Assistants, key stage teams, and other staff to share resources and best practices

Requirements:

  • QTS or equivalent qualification
  • Strong KS1/KS2 references
  • Right to work in the UK
  • CV to cover full employment history

All candidates will undergo an enhanced DBS check and must provide suitable references.
