Job Title: Primary Teacher
Location: Salford

Pay Rate: £200 per day

A supportive primary school in Salford is seeking an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to work with students in Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2). This role involves creating engaging and inclusive lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse learning needs of young students, fostering a positive and stimulating classroom environment, and promoting academic and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across the KS1 and KS2 curriculum
  • Adapt teaching strategies to support varying learning needs, including students with SEND
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff to create an inclusive classroom environment
  • Engage with parents and guardians to communicate student progress and address any concerns

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in primary education, particularly within KS1 and KS2
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive learning environment
  • Familiarity with the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies for young learners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, staff, and parents
