Role Overview:

As a Primary Teacher you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons and creating a safe and inclusive classroom environment. You will work closely with other educators to implement an exciting curriculum that meets the needs of every student.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that engage and inspire young learners.
  • Create and maintain a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to students and parents
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and the community.
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and discipline in the classroom.
  • Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices.

 

Qualifications:

  • A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., Bachelor of Education, PGCE, or equivalent)
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to the development of young children.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and staff.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to foster an inclusive learning environment.
