Empowering Learning is currently looking for an experienced Year 3 teacher to join a lovely school in the M6 area of Salford on a 12-month contract. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, inclusive, and effective lessons.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress to support their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver creative lessons.
- Uphold and promote the school's values, fostering respect, responsibility, and a sense of community.
Essential Requirements:
- A recognised teaching qualification (QTS).
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting, ideally in Year 3 but certainly in KS2.
- A genuine passion for educating and inspiring young learners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
- A proactive, adaptable, and flexible approach to teaching.
