Description
Duties of the Executive Support Lead:
- Coordinating board projects
- Leading on internal communications
- Providing governance support to the board
- Coordinating audit & risk committee, including ensuring audit actions are followed through
- Coordinating and chairing the Health & Safety committee
- Ensure quality of group compliance activities, reporting back to the board
- Supporting annual governance processes
- Coordinating board meetings across the group
Profile
A successful 'Executive Support Lead' should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with an understanding of internal audits and compliance
- Worked within a regulated environment
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- An ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A passion for the not-for-profit sector
