A multiple award-winning, investment-backed technology company is scaling its new business team with four Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive adoption of its globally acclaimed software platform to support disruption in an industry that is crying out for innovation and change.

The Opportunity

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for people with little or no sales experience, but a desire to achieve and a willingness to learn. As an SDR, youll play an essential role in contributing toward our client's growth in both the UK and Europe by introducing the concept to employers, making a positive impression and helping to acquire new customers.


Over the first three months, you will be enrolled in Furzas industry leading and Sales Academy, tailored specifically to your role. You also will receive an industry recognised Institute of Sales Professionals accreditation throughout the training programme. You can read success SDR success storieshere.


This robust but rewarding training ensures youre equipped with the core skills and frameworks to deliver immediate results for your role. Alongside training, Furza will provide ongoing coaching, management, mentoring and support to enable you to reach your full potential.

Main Responsibilities

Dont worry if you lack experience. Well hire attitude and ambition over knowledge of B2B sales.

Once trained, your core responsibilities will be:

  • Acting as a brand ambassador, sharing your deep understanding of our clients value proposition and award-winning solution.
  • Use all available tools (phone, email, LinkedIn) to promote the clients proposition, educating and recommending their solutions.
  • Identify, research and proactively reach out to potential clients, engaging with them to understand their needs and challenges through consultative questioning.
  • Setting up and supporting calls with the business development team to drive the sales process and onboard new customers.
