A Secondary school in Worsley, Salford is seeking a dedicated and passionateBehaviour Mentor / Sports Assistantto join their team. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday 8:30 - 3:30pm.

About the Role:

As a Behaviour Mentor / Sports Coach, you will play a crucial role in supporting primary aged students with a wide range of complex needs. You will:

  • Inspire through Sport:Lead engaging sports sessions and activities, fostering physical fitness and teamwork.
  • Guide and Support:Work closely with students, providing guidance and support to manage challenging behaviours and improve mental health.
  • Enhance Learning:Assist in PE lessons across all age groups, promoting physical education and healthy lifestyles.
  • Empower Students:Offer classroom support in various subjects, helping students reach their full potential.
