What you'll do:

As a Quality Assurance Officer, you'll be the guardian of quality, ensuring our products and processes are second to none. You'll be involved in:

  • Developing and implementingrobust quality assurance policies.
  • Conducting meticulous inspections and auditsto identify potential issues.
  • Collaborating closely with our development teamto ensure the timely release of flawless features and fixes for our apps, web platforms, and other systems.
  • Designing and executing comprehensive test plansto guarantee a seamless user experience.
  • Identifying and reporting discrepancieswith a keen eye for detail.
  • Working closely with the Product Development teamto maintain a smooth and efficient project execution process.
  • Continuously improving our quality assurance processesby identifying bottlenecks and suggesting solutions.


What you'll bring:

  • ABachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technologyor equivalent. (Recent graduates are encouraged to apply!)
  • 1 year of experience in a software development related field(desirable, but not essential).
  • Knowledge of SDLC and agile development methodologies.
  • A passion for quality and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in Cantonese.(Essential for daily operations)


Bonus points:

  • Previous experience in a QA role.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile applications and web technologies.
  • Programming background.
