Managing Quantity Surveyor - Planned and Reactive Maintenance
Manchester- Hybrid
Salary 50,000- 70,000 + Car/Car Allowance + Package

We are working with a leading Social Housing / Property Services Contractor to recruit an experienced and successful Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their team, helping to successfully deliver a framework in Manchester. You will be working on a framework that will be running for three more years and involves both internal/external planned and responsive maintenance. This role could also suit a strong Senior Quantity Surveyor wanting to make a step up.

You will take responsibility, ownership, and accountability of the successful management and control of all aspects of the commercial/financial and contractual elements of the works to control and maximise the company's profitability, protect the company's legal and contractual obligations under the contract, and manage all day to day commercial issues.
