Excalon was established in 2002 and became a wholly owned subsidiary of Renew Holdings plc. With recent new business wins with multiple major clients adding to our existing portfolio of framework agreements and ongoing Major Projects, this is a particularly exciting time to join our business.

About the role:

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs and enhance value and profitability whilst maintaining quality. The successful candidate will also develop solutions to commercial risks and provide advice on contractual claims. This is a client facing role and includes attendance on site and at project meetings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 1 year's industry experience and knowledge
  • IT proficient, comfortable with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Contract law knowledge/understanding
  • Competent in various contract models
  • Dispute resolution skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • High degree of numeracy
  • Full UK driving licence.
