What You'll Be Doing

Move-ins & Move-outs - Ensuring tenants have a seamless experienceProperty Maintenance - Arranging maintenance to keep homes in top conditionTenant & Contractor Liaison - Building strong relationshipsAdmin & Systems Updates - Keeping things running smoothlyPortfolio Growth - Working alongside our MD to expand our reachVaried Workload - No two days are the same!

This is a role for someone who loves people, problem-solving, and property. You'll be based both in and out of the office, so a driving licence and own car are essential (we provide mileage and parking).

Who We're Looking For
  • Experience in lettings or property management is great but not essential - if you're ambitious, proactive, and detail-oriented, we'd love to hear from you!
