Our clients, a well-known Lettings Agency, are seeking a Property Manager for their Manchester team.
The role requires strong customer service skills, organizational abilities, and experience in property management.
The working schedule is Monday to Friday with a Saturday rota and a lieu day.
The basic salary for the position is £26,000, with an on-target earnings (OTE) of £28,000 to £28,500.
Candidates must have relevant experience in property management to be considered for this role.

The Property Managers working week is:

Monday – Friday
Saturday rota with lieu day

The Property Manager's duties will involve, but not be limited to:

Manage and oversee a property portfolio
Inventories, Check ins and inspections

To be considered for the Property Manager role you must have the following:

Great Customer Service skills
Organised manner
Strong Phone skills
Experience within Property Management

In return, our clients are offering the following to the successful Property Manager:

Basic salary £26,000
Commission / Bonus Structure
OTE of £28,000 - £28,500
