The key responsibilities of an Part-time Receptionist candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
- Managing front-of-house duties, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls
- Providing administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department
- Coordinating and managing appointments and meeting rooms
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable
- Handling mail and deliveries
- Assisting with the organisation of company events
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
