With a track record of delivering exceptional quality and solid dedication to customer satisfaction, the repair centre is seeking a skilled Service Advisor/ Front of House Receptionistto join their team.
As a Service Advisor / Front of House Receptionist, you will be the key point of contact for customers requiring repair services. Working closely with the workshop staff and parts staff.
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Liaising with customers and assessing their vehicle repairs including detailed job cards for the repairs
- Scheduling vehicles in for their repairs
- Liaising with insurance providers to streamline the claims procedure, documenting and recording of any insurance information
- Coordinate with the Technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Relaying to customers of the status of the repairs on their vehicles
- Ensure customers are consistently updated on the progress of their repairs and promptly address any inquiries or concerns they may have
- Authorising repairs to be completed
As a Service Advisor, you will have:
- Previous experience in a Service/Parts role / similar role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proficient with AutoFlow
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of software systems (booking vehicles in)
