- Driving HR strategies within the business unit.

Profile
- Strong HR Advisor or BP experience
- Experience of working in complex / matrix structures
- Able to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and ability to develop, maintain and enhance relationships with a variety of contacts; strong influencing and persuading skills
- Analytical skills and the ability to resolve logistically complex problems
- Compares and contrasts situations and information, identifying patterns and trends which inform subsequent decisions
- Creates a sense of team spirit, encouraging shared ownership of objectives and deliverables
- Be a role model for the BBC Values
- Use of process improvement tools and their application
Job Offer
Salary: £ £40,600 - £44,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.Contract: ContinuingLocations: Salford - This is a hybrid role and the successful candidate will balance office working with home working.
