The Role:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in our clients Construction recruitment division, focusing on the UK market. Your mission: drive consistent sales growth and elevate margins in line with budget targets. You will receive excellent support with a tailored training program to help you reach your career aspirations.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and securing new business.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships.
  • Execute 360 recruitment processes with finesse.
