About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team, specialising in recruiting within the automotive/pharmaceutical/manufacturing/industrial/engineering sector. This role includes New Business Development, so the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and bringing in new clients. We prefer candidates with experience in a similar industry. The successful candidate will also be responsible for sourcing and qualifying candidates.
Essential Skills
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in business development, preferably within automotive, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial recruitment industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are necessary, along with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. The candidate should be results-oriented, with a focus on exceeding targets. They should be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
