Working out of our Salford Quays Office (close to all amenities / transport network) you'll be joining our successful Construction Trades Team - (We also have opportunities in our Liverpool Office).
Recruitment experience or B2B sales would be a distinct advantage (as this is a Sales focused position), and would certainly give you a head start in your new career move.
Full training and support will be given and you'll have a clear pathway to progress your career.
Day to day work will be a healthy mix of office based sales calls, and Head Office / Construction Site Meetings (support by another consultant) - giving you chance to get out of the office and meet your clients.
You'll need to have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and have the drive / confidence in your own ability (as this is a highly competitive market).
A driving licence and access to a vehicle would also be advantageous (not essential), as you'll be given the freedom to manage your own day to day diary, meeting with your various clients and contacts.
In return you'll be offered a fantastic package and given the opportunity to earn uncapped commission (paid monthly) - many of our top recruiters earn substantial monthly bonuses.
